A sharp knife is one of the key tools that every cook needs in their kitchen - and a dull knife is an accident waiting to happen. Our professional knife-sharpening machines will restore a razor sharp, factory edge to your old knives and will make slicing and dicing a breeze again. We sharpen both German and Japanese knives - pocket knives, paring, utility, chef's knives, cleavers and more, including some scissors. No appointments are necessary. Knives are typically ready for pickup within two to three days, but please allow us more time during the holidays.
